    Welcome to the JM2 Social Series, an insight into life at JM2. Here you will find some communal cleaning advice, a look back at our recent events and a trip down memory lane. 

    We wanted to offer our readers light hearted, short snippets into an otherwise very serious role we play on a daily basis.  

    Alleviate Challenges

    In January 2018 we set a clear objective to alleviate challenges faced by the property managers we worked with.

    Real-time reporting system

    Our customers can now avail of a real-time reporting system to track our progress and actions once instructed which provides ultimate transparency and instant communication in our service.

    Property Manager Care Program

    We have developed a Property Manager Care Program which includes a range of support options that can be tailored to the property manager’s needs and portfolio demands.

    Ex-property managers

    We employ ex-property managers who understand the importance of staff training and vigilance whilst we are onsite. We report any issues we notice no matter how minor it may be.  

    We are consistently work in unison with property managers to create clean communal living space for leaseholders.

    Instant Reporting is a game changer for Property Managers!

    JM2 recognise the difficult role property managers are faced with today. We understand that consistency, trust and communication are regular problems that contractors bring to managing agents. JM2 have processes in place which means that we are transparent in our service at all times.

    How?

    Real-Time Reporting System – through the development of our real time reporting system, we have created our own unique cloud-based audit and scheduling software so property managers can book jobs, assess performance and provide evidence of our attendance and quality of work in real-time on the phone or laptop.

    Our Communal Gardening team have been busy tree pruning on developments in London! Elliot Vile our grounds maintenance director is responsible for providing a proactive gardening service to all of our clients.
