The PM50 awards have been providing recognition and celebration within a sometimes thankless industry since 2019. Each year, we have acknowledged the cream of the crop and for their ongoing dedication and hard work within the Property Management industry.
Our awards span 6 categories to allow for industry-wide recognition; Property Managers, Influencers, Build to Rent, Rising Stars, Suppliers and out and out Legends. Property Management is very much a team effort, and we believe all those involved should have the opportunity to shine for the work they do in improving the lives of leaseholders up and down the country.
Hundreds of nominations poured in throughout June and our five judges, all of whom are previous winners of the PM50 awards, have worked so hard to narrow down this year’s winners. We’re so grateful for their input and for fitting this responsibility in around their very busy schedules:
