Residential property management company The FirstPort Group has partnered with luxury retirement living provider Platinum Skies, a part of the Affordable Housing & Healthcare Group (AHH), to oversee its communities across Dorset, Wiltshire, and Somerset.
The six schemes, exclusive to those over 55, have been developed by Platinum Skies, offering luxury retirement living in vibrant communities made affordable through a shared-ownership model.
FirstPort has been appointed to manage Platinum Skies’ thriving retirement communities in desirable locations across the South Coast. The diverse portfolio consists of retirement villages and apartment complexes, each equipped with a range of facilities including a bistro, bar, lounge, activity room, treatment room, and the support of an on-site Community Manager to foster a connected community exclusively for those over 55.
FirstPort will manage the buildings’ maintenance, amenities, and communal facilities shared by residents. FirstPort’s Director of Retirement, Gareth Cayford, said:
