    management company based in London, is proud to announce the promotion of three outstanding team members to key roles within the company:

    • Matthew Wheeler-Wade has been appointed Head of Block Management
    • Charlotte Doogal has been promoted to Property Manager
    • Adnan Ahmed has been named Finance Director

    These appointments mark a major milestone for Strangford Management as the company
    accelerates its strategic growth plans across London and the South East. With these
    promotions, Strangford not only deepens its leadership bench but reinforces its reputation
    for internal development, client-first service, and operational excellence.

    About the Newly Appointed Leaders:

    Matthew Wheeler-Wade, now Head of Block Management, has been with the company for

    Charlotte Doogal steps into the Property Manager role less than a year after joining
    Strangford, having rapidly impressed with her intelligence, client care, and leadership
    potential.

    Adnan Ahmed, now Finance Director, has played a pivotal role in the growth of Strangford
    since joining as the company’s first full-time employee. A trusted advisor and true pillar of
    the business, Adnan has helped shape the financial infrastructure of the company from the
