Experienced HML PM chooses B-hive to launch her own business

By Flat Living on November 24, 2022 Industry News, News, Uncategorized

We are delighted to announce that another Property Manager, Emma Bonham-Grant, has chosen to partner with B-hive for her new business, Domain Property Management.

Emma is based in Manchester and has been a Property Manager for 15 years. For the last 8 years she worked at the HML Group, most recently as Regional Business Development Manager for the North West.

Emma’s company is very new and so it is still early days, but she is loving it already and things are going well.

Emma says, “Having only really started trading in the early summer of 2022, I have already managed to take on 13 blocks with the assistance and support of my block management partner, B-hive. I have others in the pipeline, so it has been an extremely encouraging start. B-hive has been a godsend in terms of the back-office support. There’s just too much legislation and background work to manage as a one-man band. B-hive gives me the chance to focus on the client and day-to-day side of the business.”

For many new property managers, a definite appeal is the joint management agreement – with B-hive handling ALL aspects of service charge accounting, plus they know that everything is being done compliantly. We become the collaborative partner, supporting the PM every day with our robust technology, years of expertise, and buying power (backed by the HML Group). We can take care of all back-office tasks, leaving you to deliver a top-notch service to your clients.

B-hive can provide all manner of support for Property Managers, including Client Finance & Account Management, Compliance, Health & Safety, Marketing, Training, Company Secretarial, Insurance (B-hive have their own in-house insurance brokers), Surveying, Out-of-hours Service, Concierge, and a Contractor Accreditation Scheme

Nathan Hockenhull, our National Business Development Manager says, “We look forward to supporting Emma in her new venture. It is great to see that the B-hive solution is first choice for someone who knows us and has seen ‘from the inside’ how we do things. We intend to be with Emma for the long-term, and this announcement just marks the start of our relationship.

We wish Emma and Domain Property Management every success.”

To discuss your own collaboration with B-hive, contact the B-hive team on 020 8394 5368 / [email protected]
