This week JB Leitch is celebrating winning two awards in the Property Management 50 2022 accolades. Which recognise the excellence and contribution of leading individuals in raising standards in the residential property management industry.
Further to celebrating their 25th anniversary in May. Specialist property solicitors JB Leitch have further cause for cheer this week. Business Development Director Karen Bolland and Legal Director Phil Parkinson received awards in the Supplier and Influencer categories of the Property Management 50 Awards.
The “PM 50s”, now in their 4th year, are organised by the teams at Property Management Recruitment and Flat Living. It includes a panel of highly respected and well known judges from within the property management sector. Voting (open to colleagues, clients and industry peers) recognises the contribution of the top 50 individuals. Regarding raising standards and providing excellence within the residential property management industry.
Business Development Director Karen Bolland, a recipient of the “Legend” Award in 2019, received a win within the Supplier category. With recognition of Karen’s “unrivalled level of intuitive, predictive and practical advice and an innate knowledge of the concerns facing landlords, investors, property management companies and agents in a changing landscape”. Karen has also been instrumental in leading a host of business development projects across client management. Alongside digital services in recent months.
Legal Director Phil Parkinson, has been recognised by the Legal 500 as a rising star consecutively in the last three years. Has further bolstered his strong reputation by receiving Influencer status in the PM 50s in 2022.
Phil’s nomination recognised the “exceptional commitment in providing clients with clear and comprehensive legal guidance throughout the last year. Especially given the challenges wrought by, and following, Covid-19”. Supporting this, along with a series of high-profile case wins, Phil has been a prominent voice in key sector media, providing insight, advice and recommendations across a host of matters facing the property management sector. Perhaps most notably in the area of building safety – a specialism for which Phil and the wider litigation team at JB Leitch are both increasingly renowned and successful.
