Beyond Four Walls Podcast Celebrates Over 7,000 Downloads and Looks Ahead to an Exciting 2026

By Jodie Fraser on December 9, 2025 Industry News, News

Since launching in January 2024, Beyond Four Walls has become a powerful voice in the property management industry, breaking down barriers, starting honest conversations, and giving a platform to stories that matter.

Hosted by Jodie Fraser, the podcast has now surpassed 7,000 downloads, connecting professionals from across the UK and beyond through real, relatable conversations about life, leadership, and the challenges that come with both.

From discussions about resilience and imposter syndrome to the realities of burnout and lone working, Beyond Four Walls continues to explore the human side of property management, shining a light on mental health, empowerment, and the people who keep our buildings (and communities) running.

    Jodie says:

“When I started this podcast, I just wanted to have honest conversations about the things we all face but rarely talk about, especially in an industry that can feel tough, thankless and misunderstood at times. To see how many people have tuned in, shared, and connected with these stories is incredible. It reminds me why these conversations matter.”

The podcast has already featured a wide range of guests from across the industry and beyond, with an educational mini-series in production with Shelley Jacobs and Emily Gray, diving into resilience, time management, managing major works, and reading leases.
It also features Rob Curtis from The Pursuit Agency, who shares insight into neurodiversity and inclusion within the workplace.

Looking ahead, Jodie is creating new solo episodes tackling burnout, lone working, emotional intelligence, and why the public often misunderstand what managing agents really do.

    Jodie adds:

“It’s about giving people a voice, the ones who are juggling, caring, leading, and learning. Beyond Four Walls is about the real human stories behind the job titles.”

The podcast has been proudly supported by BCH, Insurety, Michael Laurie Magar, and Future Group, whose sponsorships have helped make this journey possible. As Beyond Four Walls continues to grow, Jodie is now inviting new sponsors for 2026 to help make the show bigger, better, and more impactful, with opportunities to support upcoming episodes, special features, and events.
