Cassandra, founder of boutique law firm Property Management Legal Services, won the prestigious Honorary Industry Award from the Association of Residential Managing Agents’ (ARMA) ACE awards ceremony.
This plaudit recognises people who have made a ‘significant contribution’ or devoted their lives to the improvement of the leasehold property management industry.
It is the latest award handed to Cassandra, who is a leader in the sector, particularly around tribunal matters and building safety.
She is also dedicated to sharing knowledge and education across the industry.

The glittering ARMA ACE awards ceremony took place at Old Billingsgate, London, to recognise the shining lights in the industry nationwide. More than 570 property professionals attended.

The awards are organised by The Property Institute, which merged together the Association of Residential Managing Agents and The Institute of Residential Property Management in 2021.

The awards also raised £6,516 for FareShare, the UK’s national network of charitable food redistributors.
