On Friday 19 June 2026, The Property Institute (TPI) welcomed over 700 guests to the stunning Old Billingsgate in London for ACE Awards 2026, a spectacular evening dedicated to recognising and celebrating excellence across the property management sector.

Set against the iconic London skyline, ACE Awards 2026 brought together property management professionals, suppliers, sponsors, partners and special guests from across the sector to celebrate the individuals, teams and organisations who continue to raise standards, demonstrate excellence and drive innovation within residential property management.

This year’s fairground-themed event transformed Old Billingsgate into a world of wonder,
celebration and unforgettable ‘ACE Moments’. Guests enjoyed an evening of entertainment,
recognition and networking as winners and highly commended finalists were honoured across 23 award categories.

The evening commenced with a theatrical opening video inspired by The Phantom of the Opera, setting the tone for a night of celebration, recognition and fairground magic. Hosted by Chrissy Bray, whose energy, professionalism and live vocal performances added to the atmosphere throughout the evening, guests were treated to a delicious three-course meal, immersive fairground-themed visuals, live entertainment, musical bingo, dancing, fairground games and a carefully curated playlist, all designed to bring this year’s theme to life.

Congratulations to all of this year’s winners and highly commended finalists whose achievements continue to showcase the professionalism, dedication and expertise that exist throughout the property management sector.

The Property Institute (TPI) extends its sincere thanks to all finalists, judges, sponsors, partners and guests for helping make ACE Awards 2026 such a tremendous success. Special thanks also go to TPI’s in-house Events and Marketing teams, together with colleagues from across the organisation, whose creativity, dedication and hard work brought this year’s fairground theme and event experience to life. From concept and planning through to delivery on the night, ACE Awards 2026 was proudly managed and delivered in-house by The Property Institute.

A full list of winners and highly commended finalists can be found HERE.
