FirstPort is offering a range of sought-after leadership development programmes for colleagues, investing in future leaders and showing its commitment to a people-first culture.
The programmes are facilitated by multi award-winning management training provider, Corndel, offering three different levels (3,5 and 7) of apprentices to 46 colleagues across the business.
Participants will gain a formal qualification. Those completing Level 3 and Level 5 Leadership and Management programmes will graduate with Chartered Manager status from CMI, and those who complete the Level 7 programme will be awarded Chartered Fellow status. The most advanced Leadership and Management programme is being delivered in collaboration with the prestigious Imperial College Business School.

Lisa Potter works in a support function role for FirstPort, she has just started a level three progressing in management qualification.
