An award-winning property management solicitor has been granted a prestigious fellowship which recognises her exceptional contribution to the industry.
Leasehold specialist Cassandra Zanelli now holds Fellow membership status at The Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM), which is the recognised professional body for this management sector.
Cassandra, who is the founder of boutique law firm Property Management Legal Services, is well known for her vast experience and expertise, particularly in tribunal matters.
She is also devoted to sharing knowledge and education across the sector.
It is an incredible privilege to be awarded this fellowship from the IRPM and a fantastic start to 2023. This management industry is changing rapidly and I am proud to be part of leading that change.
Cassandra Zanelli told us
Fellowship status at IRPM is discretionary and awarded by the body’s board of directors to members with more than ten years experience in residential property management. Fellows must have demonstrated that they have made a significant or exceptional contribution to the sector to be considered for the membership status.
Cassandra is also known for her company law expertise, providing tailored advice for management companies and managing agents. She has worked with many leading organisations in the industry, writes and presents training courses, and was twice awarded the title of industry legend in the PM Awards.
As part of its commitment to sharing knowledge across the sector, Property Management Legal Services is offering a residential weekend conference in partnership with the Institute of Residential Property Management later this year.
It takes place from March 31-April 2, 2023, at St Hugh’s College, Oxford.
The theme will be ‘Property managers: what’s in your toolkit?’ and the aim is to help delegates build on their knowledge or plug skills gaps in the sector.
