We’ve been working hard here at Manage Your Block to update our website and improve the information available to new customers.
We hope you enjoy the new website design and find it easier to locate the information you need. Here are some of the key updates:
Navigation
As you’ll see, we’ve made it much easier to navigate the site and find the information you’re after. On the left-hand side we now have clear page links to take you where you want to go. This includes a list of key features, our pricing, blog and testimonials to name a few.
You’ll also find a link to our recommended suppliers which will take you to our partner site, Block in a Box. Our new Directory link will also take you straight to the Flat Living directory pages.
Detailed Package Information
We’ve now made it even easier to understand the amazing value available in our two simple packages: MYB Standard or MYB Plus. Each feature included in both of our packages is listed here, with details of what each feature entails.
MYB Plus will also include the Service Charge Collections feature- a must for most property managers. The service charge function allows you to send professional and compliant demands at the click of a button. You can also track the payments received and creating a full Service Charge history for the block.
Pricing
Manage Your Block Standard continues to be FREE to all Residentsline customers. You can also upgrade to the Plus package for only £49 per annum.
For non-Residentsline customers, our Standard package is just £99 per annum. MYB Plus (including the Service Charge feature) is only £148 per annum.
The MYB software enables you to update, control and navigate your documents all in a user-friendly hub. This is accessible through any device at a touch of a button with 24/7 access. We believe MYB offers exceptional value for money for Property Managers and their teams.
