New Legal 500 Rankings: JB Leitch Hold a High Position for 2024

By JB Leitch on October 5, 2023 Industry News, News

The latest rankings for the Legal 500 have been released and once again Liverpool’s specialist property law firm JB Leitch hold a high position amongst the region’s leading legal experts.

Acknowledged as the world’s largest independent legal referral guide, the rankings for 2024 are based on a broad series of criteria, including strong technical ability available for the most complex and innovative work, client recommendation and results. JB Leitch has retained Tier 3 ranking in the field of property litigation for the fourth consecutive year.

After 4 years ranked as a Rising Star, the newly published listing sees Legal Director Phil Parkinson elevated to the category of “Next Generation Partner” – a level of accreditation that reflects significant recognition from clients and peers in the market. Special recommendations are also given for Principal Associate Katie Edwards and Principal Solicitor Jonathan Leitch.

Underpinning this recognition are a host of testimonials from commercial clients which highlight and attest to the firm’s leadership in property management and leasehold law:

“The team at JB Leitch are recognised nationally as leaders in leasehold management work and have dominated in dealing with the complex issues which arise in fire safety following the Grenfell tragedy”.

“Philip Parkinson is extremely efficient and practical in his approach to disputes. His client management is second-to-none. Katie Edwards is an associate to watch and is quickly establishing herself as a truly impressive property litigator”.

“JB Leitch are unrivalled in their knowledge of the law and practice of residential leases. As well as their commercial approach to dealing with instructions, they provide substantial support in the form of regular client briefings and seminars in this everchanging field”.

Director Jonathan Leitch adds: “Once again this is fantastic news for the firm and well-deserved recognition for our entire team’s expertise. What gives additional resonance to this news, is that our clients also recognise and appreciate our commitment to added value and knowledge sharing in this period of ongoing change across the sector”.
