Steve Perrett, Managing Director of Mainstay, says: “We are delighted to be partnering with Macmillan Cancer Support. Macmillan provides invaluable support to people affected by cancer, and we are proud to support their work through this partnership. We look forward to working closely with Macmillan to raise funds, increase awareness, and make a positive difference to the lives of people affected by cancer.”

Ryan Howarth, Relationship Fundraising Manager for Macmillan Cancer Support, said: “We are so grateful to be chosen as Mainstay’s new charity partner and look forward to hearing all about their fundraising efforts for us over the next year. All the money raised helps us with our vital work to support people affected by cancer.

“Sadly, the number of people being diagnosed with cancer is increasing every year and that means Macmillan’s support for people living with cancer is in more demand than ever. At Macmillan, we know how cancer can affect everything. We’re here to help everyone with cancer live life as fully as they can, but we can’t do it without the amazing people who fundraise for us.”

Mainstay will host a range of fundraising and awareness-raising activities, including company-wide fundraising events, and employee volunteer initiatives. To officially launch the partnership, the company is hosting charity ‘Bake Off’ events at its offices in Worcester, New Milton, and Luton in June.

Mainstay is also giving each employee one day a year for volunteering activities.

This latest collaboration with Macmillan Cancer Support is part of Mainstay’s ongoing commitment to supporting charitable causes and making a positive impact in the communities in which it operates.
