IRPM and ARMA 2023 Wellbeing & Resilience Survey Now Open!

    0
By The Property Institute on March 1, 2023 Industry News, News

The IRPM & ARMA Wellbeing and Resilience survey is now open. Findings from this survey will form the basis of the annual ARMA and IRPM Industry Wellbeing Survey Report 2023. The survey will close on 15th March 2023.

Our annual survey acts as an emotional health check of the sector’s workforce. The insights gathered help us build better wellbeing initiatives to safeguard those working in residential property management. The survey results also help highlight the human challenges of working within the property sector to leaseholders, Government and the wider public.

As with our 2022 Wellbeing report, we will also be distributing updated resources to help improve worker wellbeing based on the survey results.

    Who should take the Survey?

We are requesting this survey be completed by any residential property management professional in the UK working as a:

    • Property Manager/Property Assistant/Estate co-ordinator etc.
    • Onsite support professional (e.g., concierge)
    • Back-Office support professional (e.g., maintenance and finance)

The findings and results will be released in a report that will be distributed to members and made publicly available. We believe the survey results will help the sector develop effective initiatives which can support property management professionals at an individual and organisational level.

This topic matters. If you can, please give 5 minutes to the survey. Thank you in advance for your contribution.
