Earl Kendrick 2025 Year in Review

    0
By Earl Kendrick Group on November 24, 2025 Industry News, News

As 2025 draws to a close, we’re reflecting on what has been an inspiring and transformative year across Earl Kendrick. From major developments in how we work to record-breaking charity achievements and industry recognition, it’s been a year defined by collaboration, progress, and purpose.

Charity Partner of the Year – The National Autistic Society

This year, we proudly supported the National Autistic Society as our Charity Partner of the Year. Their work in supporting autistic people and advocating for a more inclusive society has been central to our fundraising efforts.

Thanks to the dedication and generosity of our team, clients, and supporters, we raised over £6,000, surpassing our £5,000 target – a fantastic achievement that reflects our shared commitment to giving back.

Throughout the year, our team came together across a series of inspiring events, including:

Just be nice artwork Auction,  Movember 24, Christmas Jumper Day 24, 25 London Marathon, 60 Miles in June Challenge, Movember 25

These events not only raised vital funds but also strengthened team spirit and increased awareness around important social issues.

    Industry Recognition – Highly Commended

We were delighted to receive High Commendation at the News on the Block Property Management Awards in November 2025.

This recognition was awarded for a major works project delivered by our North team, highlighting their technical expertise, collaborative approach, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients. It’s a proud moment for the entire company and a testament to the exceptional work happening across EK.

    Strengthening Our Team Culture

Throughout 2025, we placed an even stronger focus on bringing our people together through a wide range of team events across all EK entities.

We believe wholeheartedly that team connection is essential to maintaining strong morale, supporting wellbeing, and showing appreciation for our hardworking colleagues. Whether through social activities, knowledge-sharing sessions, or internal celebrations, these moments have played a key part in strengthening our culture and keeping our teams engaged, motivated, and valued.

    Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

We remain committed to supporting our clients and industry partners through interactive CPD sessions, designed to share our specialist knowledge and promote best practice across the sector.

We will continue to offer engaging, insightful, and practical CPDs throughout 2026.

If you would like to book a CPD, please contact: 📩 [email protected]

    Looking Ahead: 2025–2026 Charity Partner

We are excited to share that our 2025–2026 Charity Partner will be the New Horizons Youth Project, an organisation committed to empowering young people and providing essential support at pivotal moments in their lives.

After beating our fundraising target this year, we’re setting our ambitions even higher for the year ahead – with more events planned and an even greater opportunity to make a positive impact.

    Exciting Changes at Earl Kendrick

2025 has been a year of evolution, growth, and strategic development for EK:

    • A strong and dedicated senior team – continuing to drive innovation, performance, and a supportive culture across all EK divisions.
    • A more integrated and multi-disciplinary offering – we have galvanised our team and services to provide a joined-up suite of design, engineering, and surveying capabilities.
      • This ensures we can offer a comprehensive, fully resourced service suited to complex projects, specialist buildings, and high-quality property assets.
      • Our strengthened technical alignment means smoother coordination, deeper expertise, and more holistic problem-solving for clients.
    • Expansion of specialist services, including façade consultancy, project management, and technical due diligence.
    • New team members and well-earned promotions, reinforcing our commitment to developing talent from within.
    • Continued ESG and sustainability focus, building responsibility and resilience into our project delivery.
    • A more connected workplace culture, strengthened by team events, cross-office collaboration, and shared goals.

     A Message of Thanks

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has contributed to Earl Kendrick’s success in 2025 – through charity efforts, project excellence, team leadership, client partnerships, and daily dedication.

Together, we’ve strengthened our business, expanded our capabilities, and made a meaningful difference to the communities around us.

Here’s to a motivated, impactful, and exciting year ahead. Bring on 2026!
