Brady Solicitors are pleased to announce the arrival of Emma Wilson as the new Chief Commercial Officer and Jonathan Whittle as the new Technical Head of Arrears. Both Emma and Jonathan bring with them a wealth of experience within the property and legal industries respectively, with Emma having over 20 years’ experience within the property and consultancy sectors and Jonathan over 20 years in civil litigation.

Having held the roles of CEO, Managing Director and consultancy head previously, Emma has helped to drive growth, enhance brand presence and implement innovative strategies for several organisations previously and is looking forward to doing the same at Bradys. Emma commented:

“I am excited to join Brady Solicitors as Chief Commercial Officer. Brady Solicitors’ commitment to excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction, along with the firm’s dynamic environment and reputation for legal excellence attracted me to the opportunity.

As CCO, I look forward to collaborating with the talented team at Brady Solicitors and our client base to strengthen our market position, further enhance client relationships and drive sustainable growth, to ultimately deliver outstanding results for our clients and stakeholders.”

Jonathan joins Bradys with more than 15 years management experience within the legal industry. As the Technical Head of Arrears, Jonathan will be assisting our arrears team in supporting clients to maintain a healthy and predictable service charge cash flow. Jonathan says:

“I am extremely excited to join the team and an industry leading firm, at a time when the business is embarking on growth. I am looking forward to building on the structure currently in place to assist the firm in cementing its position as the go-to solicitors within the leasehold property sector. I will bring my previous experience as a Senior Manager and my experience of mass tort litigation to help with the development of both team and processes to assist with the firm’s growth, and to ensure that we continually strive to improve our excellent service to clients.”

Clare Brady, Chief Executive Officer adds:

“We are delighted to welcome Emma and Jonathan to the team. Their appointments demonstrate our continued commitment to improving our offering to clients and in turn growing the business. Whilst we’ve established a strong reputation within the industry, we will always look for ways in which we can improve what we do, whether that be upgrading the systems we use, adapting our processes, or in this instance, bringing in further experience and expertise.”
