The ARMA professional training programme has been radically overhauled and now includes all areas of residential leasehold management, legal, health & safety and fire management, accounting, insurance, RMC/RTM company management, site staff, human resources and general interest.
Courses are offered at various levels and locations ensuring that there is a learning opportunity for everyone with beginner, intermediate, advanced and refresher levels available.
Within the new programme there is a Residential Leasehold Management Career Pathway recommending particular training courses (with timescales) specific to those building a career in the sector.
There is also a Lettings to Residential Leasehold Management Pathway (again with timescales) for individuals with a background in lettings who wish to branch into residential leasehold management.
Training is open to ARMA members and non-members alike.
