Adiuvo Launches Eve: The UK’s First Free AI Lease Reader for the Leasehold Sector

By adiuvo on September 8, 2025 Industry News, News, Software

Adiuvo has announced the launch of Eve, the UK’s first FREE AI-powered lease reader designed specifically for the leasehold sector and it is available for no cost, forever, to all Adiuvo clients.

Eve tackles one of the biggest pain points for managing agents: the time-consuming and error-prone process of checking, interpreting, and cross-referencing lease documents. With Eve, agents can upload unlimited leases and instantly:

    • Extract key data points such as repair obligations, notice periods, or service charge clauses.
    • Query leases in plain English – for example, “Who is responsible for window repairs?” and get an immediate, accurate answer.
    • With the Pro Version; export, and share lease data seamlessly across teams.

Unlike generic AI tools, Eve has been trained specifically on leasehold requirements and developed in collaboration with Adiuvo clients. The result is a product that is simple, fast, and stress free, while reducing the risk of human error and freeing staff to focus on higher value work.

What makes Eve truly stand out, however, is not only its advanced technology but the fact that it is completely free. At a time when resources are stretched and many smaller agents risk being left behind in digital transformation, Adiuvo’s decision ensures that a boutique agent has the same access to cutting-edge tools as a national brand.

“The leasehold sector has supported Adiuvo for many years, and with Eve we wanted to give something back,” said Colin Stokes, Managing Director at Adiuvo. “By removing cost as a barrier, we are ensuring that every agent can benefit from the efficiencies and confidence this technology provides.”

Adiuvo is rolling out client starter packs including training, webinars, and technical support in September. The company has also revealed plans for Eve Pro, an extended platform that will cover additional property documents, offering a clear roadmap for the future.

By giving the sector a tool that is both transformative and free, Eve highlights Adiuvo’s innovation, leadership, and long-standing commitment to the leasehold community.
