ACE Awards 2025: Celebrating Excellence in Property Management

    0
By The Property Institute on May 28, 2025 Events, Industry News, News

As 80s pop icons S’Express once said, “Countdown is progressive!” – and the countdown is now on for one of the most anticipated events in the property management calendar.

The ACE Awards 2025 will take place on Friday 20 June 2025 at the iconic Old Billingsgate in London. This year promises an unforgettable evening of celebration, recognition and entertainment, as we honour the individuals and organisations driving excellence across the
    sector.

With a focus on outstanding achievements, the event will shine a spotlight on the brightest stars of The Property Institute, as well as the remarkable contributions of our supplier community – all working together to enhance the lives of millions of leaseholders.

Turning Back the Clock – and Turning Up the Volume

This year, guests are invited to embrace an 80s theme, with a night of glitz, glamour and good vibes. From fine dining and live music to a dance floor filled with disco flair, the evening will offer an atmosphere of excitement and connection.

Attendees can look forward to world-class entertainment, opportunities to reconnect with colleagues, reunite with familiar faces, build new relationships, and raise a glass to the industry’s many achievements.

    Celebrating Excellence

With a record-breaking number of entries, the standard of submissions this year has been nothing short of inspiring. The expert judging panel had the challenging task of selecting finalists from an exceptional pool of talent.

Whether you’re one of this year’s shortlisted nominees or attending to support colleagues and peers, the ACE Awards 2025 promises to be a celebration not to be missed.
