Introducing Our New Safety Case Team

    0
By 4site Consulting on April 2, 2025 Health and Safety, Industry News, News

We have created an expert team, dedicated to supporting you in meeting your requirements under the Building Safety Act 2022.

We hear from our clients about the challenges of managing a building; trying to keep up with constant changes in legislation, handling a busy day-to-day role, and ensuring resident satisfaction. We recognise that the new requirements have added another dimension to an already challenging position, and we want to help.

Our response to the updated requirements has been to create a knowledgeable, approachable team for you to turn to when creating, amending or maintaining your Building Safety Case.

Read on to find out more.

4site’s Building Safety Case Support Service

Introduced last year, our Building Safety Case team has been created to support property managers, building owners and duty holders in their role as Principal Accountable Persons. The team provides dedicated, comprehensive support for creating, managing and maintaining Building Safety cases, ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022.

Their work is complimented by our bespoke, in-house software solution, which produces clear and concise Safety Case reports for the regulator. It has been specially designed to assist High Rise Blocks with compiling, maintaining, and sharing their Safety Case and related reports.; streamlining the management of building safety data and simplifying the process as a whole.

We were over the moon to receive PropTech Solution of the Year at The Property Institute’s ACE Awards in June of 2024. The win cemented our belief that a software solution was needed, and that ours has been joyfully received by the industry.

The Purpose of Our Safety Case Team

After seeing a huge increase in calls from our clients regarding the management of Building Safety Cases, we knew we needed to take our support one step further.

While everyone at 4site is happy to answer questions and provide guidance, we knew that specialised expertise in this area would be gratefully received – and so, our team was formed.

Their purpose is to ensure that our clients meet their legal obligations while also maintaining genuine building safety and regulatory compliance. The team’s key responsibilities include:

    • Conducting in-depth building safety reviews.
    • Assisting with the preparation and management of Building Safety Case Reports.
    • Providing expert advice regarding compliance with the Building Safety Act.
    • Offering tailored solutions for our clients’ varying needs.

    Meet the Team

The team is composed of competent professionals with diverse areas of expertise. Members include Building Safety Management Consultants, Health and Safety Advisors and Technical Coordinators.

Working together to share knowledge and leveraging their combined focus on safety, compliance and innovation, the team provide unparalleled support.

What Will Their Support Mean for You?

Our support service and software provides on-tap, proactive guidance for navigating the complex requirements – allowing you to proceed with confidence.

This combination of expert assistance and our bespoke software (which maintains the live Building Safety Case document) streamlines the process, centralises your safety data and simplifies the complex legislative process.

Put simply, our Building Safety Case support service will provide you with peace of mind and ongoing support throughout any further changes in legislation and compliance.

You can find out more about our Building Safety Case software and support options by heading to www.safetycase.co.uk, or by giving our team a call on 01376 572 936.
