    B-Hive Block Management Partners chosen by former Vice Chair of IRPM and current Director of The Property Institute for her new block management venture

    B-hive Block Management Partners has been chosen by the former Vice Chair of the IRPM. And current Director of The Property Institute (TPI), Samantha Massey. Who will launch her own block and estate management venture, SAMAS Property Management.

    Sam is a fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). And the cofounder of Doyenne, ambassadors pioneering for women in the residential property market. Sam is no stranger to ground-breaking efforts in block and estate management. This is alongside the launch of her new business, powered by B-hive, is an exciting proposition.

    B-hive, an experienced block management expert, will support Sam on her journey and bring to life her vision. B-hive will deliver all the back-office services. This includes those pertinent to Health and Safety, compliance, robust technology and compliant service charge accounting all of which are necessary in an ever-evolving legislative market.

    Sam comments. “I have been approached countless times in the last 20 years to consider starting my own managing agent. I have finally decided to take the plunge.

    I know I will have the backup I need from B-hive to deliver engaged, collaborative, management service. I can’t wait to get started.” 

    Sam’s goal is to provide a service that is designed to reenergise the customer experience. And to provide new initiatives, by placing emphasis on educating key stakeholders and delivering customised training for Directors of Resident Management Companies (RMCs). This is to help foster a better relationship between managing agents and clients.
