Do you know a property hero? If so, we want to hear about them. We know from talking to friends and colleagues that there are plenty of you out there who have really gone the extra mile during the pandemic, injecting some much-needed fun into home-working, taking time out to support colleagues who are struggling and doing practical things like organising food parcels and donating IT equipment to people who are home-schooling.
A lot of this has gone on under the radar, so at Midway we thought it was high time to recognise the special individuals out there who have raised our spirits and put something back into their communities. So we’ve launched the 2020 Property Heroes awards to do just that. In the spirit of the awards Midway Director Paul Robertson has even handed over the keys to his wine cellar so the winners get a really decent bottle of something in their awards pack to help them celebrate!
The awards are not about companies but about people in our industry who have done something remarkable. It’s really easy to enter. All you have to do is send us up to 500 words about a person you think deserves to be recognised. They could be a property manager, concierge staff, a contractor or anyone else in the industry that you think has really made an effort to support flat owners and the teams they work with.
The winners will be announced in March and who knows, by then you might just be able to share one of our DIY party packs with your family, friends and colleagues.
