Two of Torbay’s longest running property management firms have merged, bringing together brands APA Property Management and Crown Property Management.
Between them, the firms count more than 65 years of combined trading and Darren Stocks of Crown announced the deal to join forces to not only create a stronger brand but to also streamline the services our clients receive.
The merger was first mooted back in 1997 between Adrian Coldicott of APA and Darren Stocks and so when the deal was completed earlier this month “It felt somewhat overdue .. ”
Mr Stocks added “Both firms are excited about the future and all staff will be retained under the one roof in bigger offices in Babbacombe, the merge will allow us a competitive advantage in terms of bulk buying powers which in turn places our clients in a stronger position.”
Moving forward, the coming together will mean bigger investment in technology with leaseholder portals, virtual meetings, faster reports and increased site inspections.
The combined expertise of both firms will mean a high quality service for all current and future leaseholders and clients throughout the South-West.
The two firms approved to keep the name Crown Property Management.
