    New Starters at Residentsline

By Residentsline on February 1, 2019 Industry News

Here at Residentsline, we think it’s important to focus on our staff. For the second time in 12 months we have new additions to our team! And, in true Residentsline style, we’ve gone above and beyond in hiring not one, not two, but three new starters! Exciting, isn’t it?

So, without further ado, let’s meet our new members!

Firstly, we’d like to introduce Jessica Thorpe. We’re very proud that she has joined us following a change in career path. As a trainee new business underwriter, Jess contributes to the team by underwriting and processing quotes being a fantastic support to the group. With an excellent attitude and an inspiring work ethic, we’re very glad that she’s part of our team!

“My time at Residentsline has been very limited as I have joined Residentsline very recently. It’s a lot to take in but I have found myself becoming very interested in insurance and the most important thing at Residentsline is to make sure the customers are looked after and we provide all the assistance and support they need. I enjoy learning new things every day and assisting the team”

Secondly, Sinead Straker – if you already work with Residentsline then you will know that we already have a ”Sinead” in the office, why only have one when you can have two! Sinead joins us with a wealth of knowledge from her previous roles at Cunningham Lindsey Loss Adjusters, Lloyds Bank and running her own business. Sinead is joining Residentsline as an Account Manager.

“I have recently joined Residentsline in January 2019 I have experience in the insurance sector as I previously worked for Cunningham Lindsey for almost five years .I then went onto banking and worked for Lloyds Banking group as a business advisor. Whilst working as a business advisor at Lloyds I decided to take the plunge and open up my own business. In 2017 I opened a Frozen Yogurt shop in Shrewsbury which is now mobile and I continue the business at festivals throughout the summer. I am excited for a new challenge and look forward to start my career with Residentsline as an Account Manager.”

The third starter isn’t really joining our team, although we feel he is already part of it. Belinda Brookes who has been with the company since 2000 has just had her first baby, Ezra Brookes.  We are all so pleased for her and are excited to meet him soon.
