    JM2 Social Series

By Flat Living on February 1, 2019 Opinion

Welcome to the JM2 Social Series, an insight into life at JM2. Here you will find some communal cleaning advice, a look back at our recent events and a trip down memory lane.

We wanted to offer our readers light hearted, short snippets into an otherwise very serious role we play on a daily basis.

ARMA - Association of Residential Managing Agents

JM2 reach ARMA Partner status in January 2019!

We are delighted to become ARMA Partners in 2019 with this year being our 10th year in business!  Providing a high standard of service is important to us as it’s important to our clients.

Helping Property Managers to create clean communal living space is what we do best.

    Meet Joanna Baraniak, Maintenance Co-ordinator

Joanna provides our Cleaning and Gardening teams with daily assistance and support.  Our team will report any defects or issues noticed onsite to Joanna and if site access, extra cleaning materials or equipment needs to be arranged, Joanna is on point to assist.

Once upon a time, Joanna was an Italian chef in Germany, apart from cooking up a storm in the kitchen for her family, Joanna has a love for sport and in particular MMA and the UFC

Meet Iwona Siwiec, Cleaning Operations Manager

Iwona is primarily responsible for building and sustaining a JM2 cleaning team which has a desire to meet rising expectations. She manages all of our Communal Cleaning teams to make sure our service remains at a consistently high level.

Animal cruelty is something that Iwona really takes to heart. Iwona loves to help animals and in the past has found a home for several dogs and cats abandoned on the streets.

    Party Announcement Pending!

Throwback to our Property Management party last year!

What an experience that was! Looking forward to our next JM2 event in 2019 and celebrating our 10th year anniversary with you all.

We have more news on this to follow very soon.

3 benefits to having the windows in your block or estate gleaming!

    • It makes a great first impression on potential new customers passing by.
    • The build-up of dust, grime and dirt on your glass can lead to mould and condensation issues.
    • Clean glass helps to provide residents with a clear reflection of your business!!

Regular, scheduled window cleaning visits are a high priority for property managers. We are window cleaning on some large residential developments in London at present.

We were built to be a life line for busy property managers!

Communal Cleanliness and up-to-date communal ground maintenance are vital for ensuring satisfactory health and safety standards in properties. Yet another responsibility that falls on the property manager. Fortunately, JM2 Support Services was built to be a lifeline for these busy individuals.

JM2 provide communal area cleaning, window cleaning, communal garden maintenance and bulk waste removal services exclusively to the block and estate sector. JM2 uses its own unique cloud-based audit and scheduling software to book jobs, assess performance and provide evidence of its attendance and quality of work in real-time.

As JM2’s teams are on site daily, they are trained to be vigilant to health and safety defects and potential hazards. This gives clients peace of mind and keeps them informed and connected to residents whilst eliminating any unnecessary site visits.

If you would like to make an enquiry please contact Racheal, Jeff or any of team JM2 on 01708 206426.
