Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA)
ARMA is the leading professional body for residential managing agents in England & Wales. They promote high standards of leasehold management and professionalism through advice, training and guidance.
Institute of Residential Property Managers (IRPM)
The IRPM is the professional body for residential property management specialist and provides nationally accredited qualifications and resources to assist property managers in their roles.
Association of Leasehold Enfranchisement Practitioners (ALEP)
Leasehold enfranchisement includes the processes of lease extension, freehold acquisition and correction of management problems within leasehold properties. ALEP exists to ensure that practitioners involved in this sector adhere to an agreed level of conduct and service.
Federation of Private Residents Associations (FPRA)
The Federation of Private Residents’ Associations are a not-for-profit lease advice, support and lobbying organisation for private residential leaseholders, tenants’ and residents’ associations, Residential Management Companies and Flat Management Companies.
The Leasehold Advisory Service (LEASE)
LEASE is governed by a board, appointed as individuals by the Secretary of State for the Department of Levelling Up, Housing & Communities. LEASE provide free advice on residential leasehold and park homes law. They are an independent body and only advise leaseholders and park home owners.
Association of Retirement Housing Managers (ARHM)
The ARHM are the largest trade association body for the retirement sector. Their mission is to continually raise standards within the sector by promoting best practice and ethics amongst those managing retirement housing.
National Leasehold Group (NLG)
The NLG is an independent networking group that promotes professional leasehold management in Housing Associations and Local Authorities. The NLG has an Annual Conference and provides sector specific training and seminars throughout the year.
