We plan to manage the building expertly and achieve value for money through the use of modern technology, innovation and continually reviewing our processes”
One year on, it is evident that Streamlight Tower is striving. Not only was the block occupied quickly, but the tenants were also in prime position to enjoy the Olympics in Summer 2012, with the Stratford Olympic village being just a short tube ride away. Tenants are particularly pleased with the standard of the building, their apartments and the personal touches they have received from Hera Management Services.
From an online portal to liaise with the management team directly, to a professional yet friendly concierge team, Hera Management Services have honed the art of block management through a service that puts tenants first. One tenant particularly provided glowing reports about the concierge team, advising: “I have lived in a building with a concierge team for most of my adult life and can say that the team of concierge members that we have are quite outstanding.”
Hera Management Services have extensive experience in managing both social and private housing, and were easily able to ensure everything ran smoothly for Streamlight’s first year.
