Facilities and maintenance specialist the Future Group has announced it is expanding its portfolio of services with the acquisition in August of refurbishment contractor iGroup.
Headed up by iGroup founder Jamie Osmore, the new division launching on 1 September will be branded Future Regeneration. This paves the way for the expansion of Future Group’s offer into the redecoration and refurbishment of residential block communal areas and sits comfortably alongside Future’s lighting, fire safety, security and heating expertise with the group now able to provide a full turnkey service for clients.
Future Regeneration will specialise in both internal refurbishment and external upgrade works.
Future Group MD Jamie Willsdon is delighted to bring Jamie Osmore on board, having initially touched base with him via LinkedIn. “We got talking, realised there was plenty of synergy between us and as Jamie liked our business model, we took it from there,” he says.
Both Jamie’s are excited at the prospect of the new venture. “The excellent fit between the group’s existing services and what Future Regeneration can now provide gives us the opportunity to really square the circle on PPM and cyclical maintenance – and for residents to wave goodbye to communal area embarrassment!” says Jamie Osmore.
