This has been the first year of The Property Recruitment Agency Award – an award given by News on The Block’s Property Management Awards attended by 1000 delegates which recently took place at Wembley Stadium. However the reason for this new sudden award is not so sudden at all. Abbatt Property Services might have been in business for half a century, but the last couple of years they have seen major changes in the market. “The number of new homes under construction in inner London has risen by more than 40 percent in 18 months”, Financial Times.
The need for property staffing solutions have never been greater. With the luxury residential market booming and the high expectations of London’s service sector, Abbatt Property Services are thriving.
“Abbatt used to be a silent giant in our industry, going about their business quietly but efficiently. However during the last few years we saw a change coming in the residential and commercial property market, and we decided to really push our business. London’s property market has rapidly expanded due to increased investment from the UK and overseas, and continual growth in the buy-to-let market. In just two years, Abbatt have almost tripled their turnover, an impressive performance that has no doubt contributed to them winning the award.
2016 have seen enhancements across all operations, new marketing initiatives and extensive training programs across the whole company which have been part of Abbatt’s recent success. 2017 is also looking exciting for Abbatt, with the launch of a new product called ‘Dual Management’ which provides enhanced account management and fixed cost annual recruitment.
