    FirstPort boosts HR and recruitment function with two new appointments

    Leading residential property services provider, FirstPort, has bolstered its HR senior leadership team with two new appointments. Natalie Lewis has joined the business as Head of Resourcing and Joanne Wilkes as Head of People Experience.

    FirstPort’s 4,000 employees look after developments totalling over 310,000 homes across England, Scotland and Wales. The appointments of Natalie and Joanne will ensure that FirstPort continues to recruit, engage and develop talent, focused on providing the best possible service for its customers.

    Natalie Lewis will lead an expert team responsible for attracting a diverse range of top talent across our operating divisions. Natalie has a depth of experience in resourcing across a number of different businesses and industries, most recently at Serco and Countrywide.

    Natalie commented: “I am delighted to be stepping into this role and leading a team full of energy and ideas.     Joanne Wilkes

    Joanne Wilkes has over 20 years of experience across a wide variety of areas in human resources, including leadership roles in organisations such as Coventry University and Ofqual. In her new position at FirstPort, Joanne will help make sure colleagues’ experiences are positive from the day they are recruited, and throughout their careers, providing a consistent and timely service, optimising technology to provide information quickly and conveniently, and all with our colleagues and customers front of mind.

    Joanne said: “There is a really great team spirit at FirstPort and the business has done an exceptional job of keeping everyone motivated and engaged throughout a challenging couple of years. We know that colleagues’ experiences shape their interactions with customers, their peers and stakeholders and my aim is to make sure that this is positive and consistent for every employee.”
