Blockworx is an app and portal that automates the entire repairs and maintenance process, whilst closing the communication gap between contractors and property managers. Blockworx can be used on a handheld device or as a desktop portal to manage all aspects of repairs and maintenance for property managers and contractors.

Pdf reports are generated or uploaded from contractors directly to Block Management Companies, doing away with paper and providing a full audit trail on correspondence.
What information can residents see?
None directly, however, the information moving faster and collating in one place allows property managers to manage communications more easily with their residents. Residents can see job progress through the CPL owner app/portal.
What information can contractors see?
Contractors have a dashboard that shows them new requests for quotes, new and historical jobs they have been given, any invoices which are being queried by their clients and it gives them a full invoice history including those which have been generated and those which are awaiting payment. Reporting on contractor performance is also available.

Any form of job maintenance or otherwise can be posted on the system with supporting documentation in terms of images or documents added to help answer any questions or queries or to provide evidence of a piece of work having been completed.
What time-saving automations are available for Property Managers or RMC Directors?
Invoicing time is drastically reduced with users reporting 3-5 minute reductions per invoice. Integration of contractors into one place reduces time sending separate emails and collating responses. Reacting to emergency repairs is faster with one message sent to all potential contractors.

How does the pricing work?
Pricing is based on a ‘number of invoices processed’ basis. The more invoices raised the less cost per invoice ratio for the contractor.

There is a small fee for the property management company for linking with Blockworx that is unit number based.

Blockworx was released on 24th May 2021 following a successful pilot scheme. We have yet to gather testimonials from users as we are waiting to give them the opportunity to use the app before we request feedback. One of the comments we have had from the Managing Director of one of our clients using Blockworx is, “The information on the Blockworx site is simple and easy to follow (I get it so it must be 😊).”
