On Wednesday 25th May, ARMA (now part of The Property Institute) today announced the shortlisted finalists in the 2022 ACE Awards. The Awards celebrate excellence and exceptional achievement by the UK’s leading residential managing agents, property management staff, suppliers and the work of their people in improving the lives of thousands of leaseholders across the country.
Over 100 entries have been whittled down to just a select few following a rigorous judging process by a panel of independent judges. The winners will be revealed at an Awards Dinner on Friday 17th June at the Old Billingsgate venue in London. Andrew Bulmer, CEO of The Property Institute said:
“We’re delighted with the record number of entries for this year, showing that our industry is well and truly ready to celebrate its achievements and successes after a tough period. We’ve seen some standout examples of innovation, resilience and exceptional customer service across the entries, and our judging panel has had the unenviable task of whittling down the nominations to get our shortlist. The addition of IRPM member entries into the mix for the first year has made this task even harder. Huge and well-deserved congratulations to those individuals, teams and firms shortlisted on what has been an extremely competitive year. For those that didn’t make the shortlist; we hope we will still have the pleasure of you joining us on the evening as we celebrate the industry’s successes together.”
The ACE Awards is open to ARMA Members, Partners, Associates and, IRPM members and there are several categories not covered by other awards.
