This month we had the pleasure of talking to Jeff Whiley, Co-Founder and Managing Director at JM2 Support Services.

We took the opportunity to find what his role involves, what makes JM2 different in the market place and how he spends his time away from the office.
What keeps you motivated and enthusiastic?
I genuinely love what I do, and I am passionate about the Communal Cleaning and Gardening services we provide to the block management sector.
What do you feel makes your company different in the market place?
We understand the pressures and stress property managers are faced with today, our new system allows them to prioritise their day more efficiently.
Here is how we are different:
- We employ ex-property managers who understand the importance of good communication.
- Property Managers use our instant reporting system to view our completed work in real time and send our reports to residents.
- Our property manager care pack has been helpful for property managers whilst on site visits and it’s not just to do with the reusable coffee cup!
What do you do away from the office?
West Ham have been my team since I was a little boy when I used to watch them play with my Dad. I have the privilege of being a season ticket holder at the Olympic Stadium. My son and I attend games together there now. Come on you Irons!
What is the most important lesson you’ve learned in your career?
Focus on your specialist services – focus on doing the best you can.
What is your proudest achievement?
Creating and growing the business to where it’s at now with 75 employees.
How have JM2 made a positive impact to Property Managers in 2018?
CPD Sessions for Assistant Property Managers – we provide CPD seminars for property managers educating them on how to maximise the visual effects of their buildings.
Communal Cleaning Calendar – we provided property managers will a checklist of priority cleaning and gardening actions based on their portfolio requirements.
Industry Compliance – we advise property managers on industry compliance and help to educate them on ways to make sure their development is risk free.
Representing you onsite – we aren’t just onsite to perform tasks. It’s our duty to be vigilant to any problem. Whether it be a blown light bulb or a potential issue waiting to happen.
