A full break down of current and historic service charge bills, as well as any footnotes that accompany each year. Should the company require they will be able to show year on year changes in service charges and again the option of explanation.

4. Board Meeting Minutes:

A central place to store minutes of all board meetings for reference e.g. (AGM’s)

5. Maintenance Documentation:

A central place to store important documents such Corgi, fire safety, electricity safety certificates etc

The silver package contains all the functionality of the basic package with the addition of the following;

1. Content Management System (CMS) – A full content management system that will allow the members to add their own content, documents and notices. The members will have full control over their website and will not need any technical knowledge or to spend money on any web designing company.

Gold Package - £1045

The gold package contains all the functionality of the basic package with the addition of the following;

1. A Blogging forum - The forum will allow all members to post requests / discussion points or simply useful information and all members will be able to comment and add their own blogs to the forum.

2. A Members sales area - In addition the silver package will have an area where all owners can advertise items and goods for sale to their fellow members. Members could even advertise their properties for rent or sale should they wish in the hope of finding a buyer without an estate agent fee.
