- Domestic freezer contents up to £500
- Cover for gold, silver and gold- or silver-plated items up to £5,000
- Deeds and other Personal documents up to £1,500
- Contents temporarily removed from the flat
- Cover for your liability as a leaseholder or tenant
- Temporary accommodation costs for up 12 months
- Increased domestic metered water charges up £1,500 following an escape of water
- Fatal injury to you caused by fire or burglars up to a maximum of £20,000 for each insured adult
- Legal Expenses insurance, including cover for Identity Theft and Employment Disputes
