A Birmingham-based firm of residential property management specialists has significantly expanded by opening a new office.
MetroPM, in Harborne, opened its new office in Cheltenham earlier this month as part of an ambitious expansion plan which almost doubled its capacity.
The venture will be headed up by a team of property specialists who have a wealth of experience in the property management sector.
The move follows a hugely successful period for MetroPM, which on behalf of its clients manages everything from small estates to large and complex developments, listed building conversions, mixed use schemes and residential blocks.
MetroPM managing director Matthew Arnold said it was vital the Cheltenham office team had the relevant experience and sector expertise to quickly establish itself in the marketplace.
“From small residential estates to larger developments, the property management services we offer provide cost-effective solutions for every type of property, for the leaseholder, freeholder and home builder,” he said.
The new office head will be associate director Lyn Harvey, who will be supported by property manager Clair Smith and administrator Barbara Robson. Lyn, who has worked for Countrywide Managing Agents, in Cheltenham, for 14 years, will formally join the new office team on August 1, whilst Clair and Barbara have already taken up their roles.
