Duties to include:
- Financial Control, Budgets, Year End accounts;
- Management of Debtors & Arrears;
- Attendance at Board of Directors’ Meetings (from 6pm);
- Site Visits, Inspections;
- Efficient Delivery of Services – cleaning, gardening, maintenance & repairs;
- General Correspondence, emails, phonecalls
- Min 2-3 years’ relevant experience, ideally IRPM qualified. Own car ess.

ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER required to assist above role.
Duties to include:
- Assisting Property Manager in running Block Management Portfolio;
- Responding to Directors, Residents, Contractors, Suppliers
- Data Entry;
- Regular Monitoring of Contractors;
- Client Insurances;
- Ensuring Legislative Inspections carried out;
- Awareness of H & S guidelines, new legislation, lease interpretation;
- Site Inspections & Visits;
- Attendance at Board Meetings
- Min 18 months’ relevant experience. Support available for IRPM qualification. Own car ess.

We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable property manager with an excellent proven track record in block management. You will need to have sound and solid knowledge of managing a portfolio of residential blocks. Your main duties will include undertaking regular property inspections; service contract negotiation and management; preparation service charge budgets; management of client staff, attending AGMs and client meetings; production of Section 20 Notices in respect of major works and long tem agreements etc The Property Manager really is the client and resident interface and you are out and about visiting your properties. You have excellent administrative support and good systems are in place. You will need to be an effective communicator, with excellent organizational skills as well as being extremely well presented.
