A vacancy FOR A NEWLY CREATED ROLE has become available at
P R Gibbs & Co, a small practice of Chartered Surveyors, based Westhoughton,
15 miles Manchester City Centre.
CUSTOMER SERVICES CO-ORDINATOR required for busy department managing extensive residential block management portfolio across Manchester & the North West.
Duties to include:
- Customer Liaison – ensuring all clients receive an efficient, smooth service;
- Handling all required repairs, fault-logging onto system, ordering works, liaising with contractors;
- Ensuring repairs are completed correctly and to time;
- Record-keeping to dedicated Qube software system;
- Responsibility for insurance claims, administration & implementation
- General Correspondence, emails, phonecalls, switchboard.
Previous experience preferred, however graduates with relevant property-based degree considered.
Essential qualities: ability to work under pressure & to strict deadlines; highly methodical & organised; excellent customer care standards; conscientious, focussed approach; ability to work on own initiative yet within team framework
Office based at premises in Westhoughton
Full-time, permanent position – Monday to Friday 9 -5
20 days’ annual leave / sponsorship for professional qualification
