Leading residential management company strengthens business with significant investment in IT systems and re-branding.

As part of its ongoing growth strategy and drive for service excellence, Residential Management Group (RMG) (www.rmgltd.co.uk; tel: 0845 002 4310) has invested time and money in a new centralised IT system as well as re-branding in a move to increase uniformity and efficiency throughout its business.

Further reinforcing its unrivalled position as one of the UK’s leading providers of high quality residential management services to the public and private sectors, RMG has invested significantly in powerful property database and management software, Qube, in order to fully centralise its systems and procedures to facilitate increased speed, data security and accuracy.

Utilising this latest technology, the company is transferring its various systems and databases into one process, restructured its back office and achieved a more accurate audit trail.

As part of the brand consolidation exercise, the CPM Asset Management and Johnson Cooper brands will now fall under the RMG name.

Hugh McGeever, Managing Director of RMG, explains: “We are passionate about delivering the highest standards of service and these latest changes enable us to further improve and grow. Using one brand name will help create more clarity and uniformity across the business, while centralising our IT system will increase the speed and efficiency of our processes for the ultimate benefit of our clients.”

Committed to setting new industry standards, RMG is currently calling for increased regulation for the property management sector, in a bid to eradicate unscrupulous operators and to engender a more positive reputation for the industry.

RMG is one of the UK’s largest independent managers of residential property for the private and public sectors with an annual turnover of some £25 million, 1500-strong client base and 450 employees. A truly nationwide business, the company has three main offices located in Hoddesdon, Northwich and Central London.

RMG has a strong trading history dating back over 50 years and is backed by a dynamic senior management team, comprehensive back office, financial,
compliance and customer service functions as well as a stringently controlled approved contractor scheme for supervision of repairs and maintenance.
