Water extinguishers were facing stiff competition from the 6 litre AFFF foam fire extinguisher when launched in the 90′s with its lighter weight, 13A rating and special spray nozzle making it safer around modern offices and shops. We recommend this fire extinguisher for most office, shop, hotels and similar premises. Types of fire include Class A (wood, paper, cloth, etc), B (flamable liquids) but DO NOT use near live electrical equipment. Anticipated lifespan with indoor use and proper maintenance – up to 10 years.
