We’re working exclusively with an employer who is looking to recruit a new Property Manager / Senior Property Manager to manage a portfolio of high-end, prestigious sites in Central London.

Your role will be to personally and professionally manage some of London’s most significant residential buildings. Your day to day will therefore include key client management, relationship management with the residents, setting and managing budgets, overseeing and coordinating major works projects, chairing AGMs, carrying out site inspections and managing on-site staff. 

Minimum Requirements

  • 3+ years of Block Management experience

  • A keen eye for detail

  • The ability to deliver premium service levels

  • The ability to be resilient, assertive, level-headed and an effective, clear communicator

Desirable Requirements

  • Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS / IOSH

  • Experience managing on-site staff

  • Experience managing similar, high-end sites in Central London

Salary Range & Benefits

This position is paying a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 for the successful candidate.
