With over 10 years of experience in managing residential developments, we consider ourselves Property Management specialists and have grown our portfolio and our team considerably. We’re looking for a dynamic, forward thinking Property Manager that wants to be a part of a family-like company that values its staff.

We’re looking for someone that has experience in the Block Management industry and looking for their next challenge to join our team as our new Property Manager. You must have experience in providing a full Property Management service to a portfolio of residential blocks, including preparing and managing service charge budgets, serving section 20 notices, arranging contractors, managing major works projects and attending and chairing AGM’s.

Ideally you will have obtained the first part of the IRPM qualification and be willing to work towards a full membership if you haven’t already achieved it. You must be IT literate - able to use Microsoft software and ideally Qube. We’re looking for someone that’s a team player with excellent communication skills, self-motivated and highly organised.

You must have good administration skills, a solid knowledge of health and safety, experience of working to ARMA and RICS guidelines, experience in managing on-site staff and you must have the ability to build and maintain strong client and resident relationships.

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ Block Management experience.
  • A full working knowledge of Service Charge budgets, Section 20 notices and relevant law/regulations (Landlord & Tenant Act 1985).
  • Experience in chairing AGM and carrying out site inspections.

  • Industry related qualifications such as IRPM / RICS.

Salary Range:

This position is paying a competitve salary of £30,000 per annum.
