Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA)

With member firms (managing agents) ranging from small family run businesses to national companies, ARMA members subscribe to a self-regulatory regime, ARMA-Q, which governs how they operate with their clients to ensure high levels of standards.

ARMA provides its members with a wide range of exclusive benefits including training, technical advice and guidance on everyday issues and legislation, including a technical helpline. In addition, ARMA is currently looking to introduce a range of benefits for members to take advantage of the buying power of a large organisation.

We offer a comprehensive training programme as well as a series of regional briefings across the country to bring members up to date with the key issues that affect them.

The ARMA Annual Conference (held every November) is an essential diary date for anyone involved in the management of leasehold residential property and offers the 700+ delegates an in-depth look at the latest issues affecting the sector, detailed analysis of current technical and legal matters and an ideal networking environment.

We currently have 100 detailed Guidance Notes available for members on a wide range of subjects.

ARMA is committed to expanding public awareness of its brand and educating leaseholders of the role that it plays in the industry and why they should choose an ARMA member to manage the common areas in their blocks.

ARMA is also actively involved in campaigning for improvements in relevant legislation and policy.
