
The Federation of Private Residents’ Associations (FPRA) is 40 years old in November and in association with Sky Homes it is celebrating by expanding its AGM to invite current and prospective members to attend an event where there will be a keynote speech from Shadow Housing Minister, Alison Seabeck MP; presentations by industry experts and the advice surgery hosted organisations across the property industry.

Plus other organisations who can assist leaseholders with a with a wide range of issues from lease extensions, Right to Manage and insurance queries to offering satellite TV to every resident and dealing with the implications of non-residents taking residents’ parking spaces.
This complimentary event will be held on the evening of Wednesday 9th November at the Carisbrooke Hall near Marble Arch, and is open to anyone who is a leaseholder and in particular groups of leaseholders who would like to form their own Residents’ Management Association. Registration is essential as places are offered on a “first come first served”
